- Electronic Voucher System - All trip documentation is provided electronically and distributed via email (fax or mailed copies available upon request).
Vouchers are produced for each vacation package item (hotel, car rental, rail ticket, attraction pass, etc), and client must exchange voucher at point of sale in order to receive admission into attraction, check in at hotel, etc.
- 24 hour Emergency Telephone Line Piece of mind is very important, both for travelers and their travel agents. Rest assured that your clients will be well taken care of while on vacation. If anything should happen to your clients while on tour, Anderson Vacations provides all clients with a 24hr emergency telephone number that they can call, and one of our Canada & Downunder Specialists will be able to assist them any time of day!
